The Space:
The 2-bedroom, 2-washroom condo is located on top of a hill that has stunning views of Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest lake. Guests can enjoy the view while sitting on the patio, overlooking the infinity solar-heated pool. The condo has an open living room that is connected to a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking or baking needs. The condo is totally self-contained, including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double sofa bed which is comfortable for 2 people.
The large balcony includes a patio table and outdoor seating to enjoy the lake sunsets.
Leave your car in our private parking and explore everything Ajijic has to offer. The space is ideal for spending time with friends and family. After a spectacular day of outdoor activities, relax in a solar-heated 89-foot infinity pool and dipping pool. Guests will have access to the tennis court, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse which includes pool tables, and a projection room. Our cleaning team disinfects all surfaces and follows COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Getting Around:
If you get tired of walking, then there is always a bus. The buses run often. Every fifteen minutes a bus will come along. The large buses cost a few pesos more than the smaller ones and they take the direct route. The small buses go around through the towns.
There are always taxis available.
You can get a taxi at the Guadalajara airport from the lakeside area and the cost is around thirty dollars. It takes about twenty-five minutes to get there by taxi. For short trips in town, they charge around four dollars and a little more to go from Ajijic to Chapala or Jocotopec.
If you are coming for a visit to explore the area and don’t want to go by bus or taxi, you can rent a car. Prices are reasonable if renting locally, however prices do increase when renting new vehicles at the airport. For a day, it costs from sixty to seventy dollars.
