Summary: Food have gone but the restaurant didn’t refill them, perhaps they refill not frequent or slowly refill. And the restaurant in the breakfast time is supper crowned and busy, waiting to be sit may happen, I would suggest the restaurant staff can use a sign to show which table is available, which table is being used, some tables were left empty but I believe the staff didn’t clean them because they were not sure if guests are still using the table.
