Positive: The location was nice. Distant from town. The thing I enjoyed most was seeing the gardens and crops being grown on the homestay. Which really has nothing to do with the reasons to stay just my personal likes. The host was very hospitable and very friendly!!

Negative: The ad on booking was misleading. I filtered results to have a flat screen tv because after a long day, I like to unwind watching tv. When I arrived i was very disappointed knowing that the host lied about the room details, which would've ultimately changed my decision on this homestay. I was told that, in fact, none of the rooms had a tv. The other small things that I didn't like was how the door was hard to shut bc the faceplate was loose, and the screw had stripped the wood. I also didn't like the numerous cracks in the doors and the room allowing mosquitoes to wake me up all night after biting me! Lastly, I was highly disappointed with dinner. We picked the beef tenderloin, which is known for being tender, hence the name. This meat was very tough to chew like it was the wrong cut of meat.

Summary: Great location and host, just needs upkeep.
