Positive: Comfy bad, good shower, iron, hairdryer in the room

Negative: Very hard to communicate with the owner. She is never there. The cleaning lady helped us to check in, we payed money to the guard in the evening. Next morning nobody wes there to help us with the checkout. I texted and called the owner in watsapp - no reaction. Not very helpful with my questions about the city also. The floor in the room was a bit dirty. No blackout curtains as discussed before booking. But the window is facing the wall so no much light in the room anyway.
