Positive: The villa was great value and the staff were all warm and supportive. The Guest relations app was a great help.

Negative: One big complaint we had about the villa was that the outside cushions got so mouldy! Definitely didnt expect to see that, it was a major turnoff. The beach was quite dirty, and I cringed so hard seeing broken pieces of glass and ceramics too... Food was quite average.
