Positive: From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Tony and the reception team, assisting us with our cases and helping us to settle in. Kelly was always on hand to assist us and helped us to book our flights to Hoi An. Minh and Toan in catering team were excellent and extremely friendly. Magnus and Joyce were on duty to say goodbye as we set off for Ha Long Bay. Excellent stay and a great location which allowed us to walk to and from the city centre each day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Negative: The lack of sunshine during our stay.
