Summary: The hotel sales manager was outstanding and wanted to make our stay wonderful. The only downside was the staff spoke NO English (outside the front desk). We were served the wrong food and I couldn't get a massage due to lack of communication. I ended up having a massage at another hotel and was so relieved I could be understood. The hotel is beautiful but the language barrier was extremely frustrating. We noticed that this hotel is used for large travel groups where the guides stayed with them to translate for them. This hotel would be great if the staff could speak some English.
