Positive: Location is excellent for visiting the beach and doing the city or Ha Long day tours. They arrange everything there. Breakfast was good, cooked by the family

Negative: The map in booking shows the hotel is in fron of beach but there are new buildings in construction just in front. A lot of noise (cannot blaim the hotel for that)
