Positive: We only had one night but very much enjoyed our stay here. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in and the shower was very good! The room was very clean, with water, snacks, slippers, towels and shower toiletries provided. The location was also very central, close to many bars, cafes and restaurants. We were able to leave our luggage safely in the lobby after check-out as well, which was useful.

Negative: Our only small criticisms would be that there isn’t much natural light in the room as there is just one narrow window in the corner. Also, the light from the elevator can sometimes be a little disturbing to your sleep if someone uses it late at night to go up a floor above.

Summary: A very comfortable stay in Hanoi, in an ideal central location in the heart of the city.
