Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We liked the location - only 5 minute walk to the beach. The management company was responsive during business hours. Pool was great and we used it a lot with kids. Very quiet area.

Negative: The reason we know the management company was responsive is because we had to get in touch with them fairly often as there were many issues with the apartment. Both toilets stopped working at one point, one overflowed, there was a foam-type substance that grew on the floor in humid areas. The apartment desperately needs a deep clean. Two of the bedrooms have the sliding door sealed shut, so no fresh air circulation.
