Positive: The facilities, staff and beautiful location. Pu luong is a gem. Needs protection before the area becomes over developed like Sapa, Annie is the best host and is a superstar

Negative: A little bit of construction of buildings happening, as the lodge grows. Wouldn’t stop me from booking again though. 😃
