Positive: We stayed one night before our Halong cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has amazing views from the top floors with floor to ceiling windows, this was the highlight of the hotel for us. The room also had a bath with a glass wall into the bedroom, so we could enjoy the view from inside. The food for dinner was also very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Negative: It's not a hotel for value for money, in Vietnam you can stay in very new hotels with better facilities and benefits for this price. The hotel felt a little tired and worn and lacked a warm and luxury atmosphere. The room could do with some renovations. It felt like a hotel for what we used it for, stay for a night to enjoy the view of the bay. Breakfast is only served until 9.30 and they take things away very quickly from 9.30, so get there early.
