Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lucky was top! Excellent and friendly service and wanted to organise everything for us. The taxi transfer from airport to hotel so late at night was superb. Despite our late arrival, she stayed up and made sure we were settled into our room. Mott, the taxi driver, then took us to Ba Na hills and we are asking him again to take us to Hué.

Negative: We could have done with change of towels and bins being emptied

Summary: Fantastic service and great location and good value for money
