Positive: Everything. From the time we checked in with the front staff to the time we left a few days later everything and everyone was fantastic. Friendly, professional with a warm smile, an answer to any question and help with anything you need. We met Claudia early as we signed in and she was everywhere and I mean everywhere with a smile and guidance for anything you needed. A great representative of your hotel. Aditya helped us to our room and showed us everything about our beautiful room, another great professional for your facility. We also met Ms Thanh and Ms A the assistant general manager as my wife had a suggestion for the spa. They listened with open ears and sincerely just wanted to make our experience and their hotel a little better. These two Ali were fantastic representatives of your beautiful facility. We also interacted with the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff and the spa staff. All great, all professional and as nice and warm as could be. The facilities were great, beautiful spacious clean rooms, beautiful grounds and swimming pools everywhere. Food was also top shelf!! Thank you to Claudia and the entire staff at the Pilgramage for making our stay fantastic!!!
