Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as the staff provided exceptional assistance and the breakfast selection was diverse. Special thanks to Mr. Ngoan, who was very supportive.

Negative: When I checked out, the staff collecting our bags was bad and didn't help when I asked for support.
