Summary: The hotel is listed under three names which makes it confusing. This and 2*"Richico" The room had its flaws, long time to get hot water, problem with AC, but the staff did their best to fix and help me feel comfortable. The only negative in the end was the extremely loud vibration noise from air-conditioning in other rooms. However the support from Ms Cindy and her colleagues in the reception and foremost the happy greetings from the lovely Mrs Vi at breakfast makes it a 5* review.
