Summary: Not luxury as in the name, but the place is great located, off the bars and traffic. The place need some refreshments, but overall just average. Breakfast was crap. Staff though was friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the frontdesk, very cheerful. My room was just above the reception and entry to hotel, so it was some noise going around... but was not too much of disturbance.
