Summary: All staff were equally friendly. We were greeted by Nathan who arranged a lot of things for our party. The room was spotlessly clean. Lobby area has a Japanese theme. Pool is nice and clean and offers a good view from high level. Neighbourhood is safe, and within a 15 minute walk to the main area. We used Grab taxis for everything though. Would highly recommend this hotel.
