Summary: Still, had to write because I don’t want to spoil my holiday. The place itself is amazing staff are attentive, the pool is bliss. And we are only 5 mins from Sa Pa town. What I don’t like is being forced to decide if I having breakfast every day at £9 per day having just come from a 10 hr journey by car from Ha Long Bay. Then the next day being forced to decide, before I’d been into town what activities I’d like to book. I say forced, because the manager presented it as their option is the only bonafide option. After saying yes yes all looks great but I’ll check out town too, we left it. Having met some folks in town I booked a day trek at £20 not the $85 clay house were charging. Short story, I came and told them and boy did that cause a recuse. No no you can’t cancel we already booked, and okay you have good luck with police on private trek. I’d booked the trek through getyourguide and showed them the booking. Anyway, the pool is bliss, has calmed me down. Would stay here again, just be very firm with them from the get go
