Summary: We are family of 5, took the 3 br apartment. The complex has many shops around and it is 5 minutes walk from a huge mall. The agent is super responsive in WhatsApp and very kind and helpful. Gym is ok, pool is very large. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Laundry machine is there, no dryer. We had a very good time. If this is your first trip to hcmc then take into consideration that the location is far from the main city attractions (30-40 minutes drive). For us it was the second visit, so it gave us the chance to explore other sides of the city.
