Summary: Unfortunately, we only stayed one nite. We checked in late around 9:30 PM. The fella that checked us in was exceptionally nice & helpful. He also said that we each rec’d a free snack. We don’t know why, we were too tired to ask, but we both enjoyed a Haagen Dazs ice cream! The hotel had a covered portico, which is nice if the weather is raining, which it was. They also had carts to load up your luggage on. The room was clean & spacious with two queen beds that were really comfortable. We both slept very well. Breakfast was a really nice buffet with numerous hot & cold choices, such as: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes with peppers & onions, etc. There were also cold cereal, yogurt, juices & fresh ground, fresh brewed coffee. It was the best coffee we’ve ever had while traveling on the road! It was a great stop & a nice surprise after a long day on the road. We would definitely recommend the Sleep Inn & Suites (Lincoln University Area), Lincoln, NE.
