❣ A kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics (such as pots, pan, and rice cooker), microwave, two wing refrigerator, cups, water container, boiling kettle, hot/cold water dispenser and etc. There is no spices such as oil, salt and pepper for cleaning purpose but you can easily find it at nearby mini mart
❣ A common tiny bathroom
2nd Floor:
❣ Room 1: fully equipped with air-con, a king bed with 12-15'' mattress and quality bed lines, 43'' TV ( No Netflix connection) and a big window with ocean view

❣ Since Danang is known for its sunny days, we have great air condition in each bed room & living room and block-out curtains to give you the most comfortable sleep at night time to welcome you home away from home
❣ Free Parking. You can park your car off the road and around
❣ Our bathroom is not attached in the bedroom. Each floor has one bathroom
❣ Our place only has internal climbing staircases and no elevator
❣ Camera is only placed exterior of the house for security (No camera in Interior for your privacy)
❣ Daily cleaning for a very short stay wont be provided. There will be a charge of 400K VND per time (3 hours cleaning including new bed-sheet change).
❣ SMOKING is strictly not allowed in the house and rooms, but living room & rooftop
❣ All electricity (including air-con and water heater) and water are to be turned off when not in use
❣ Strictly on a clean-as-you-go policy- cooking at the kitchen. Rubbish will be thrown at a rubbish bin in front the the house and before 7 AM ( collection time)
❣ No other VISITORS are allowed to stay over night and PARTY is strictly not allowed
❣ Karaoke with lower sound only. No Karaoke after 21 PM
❣ All guests respect the privacy and peace of the neighbourhood - Quiet time after 10 PM
