Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: After finishing the Ha Giang Loop, I arrived at the bus station at 4 a.m., completely exhausted and sick. The hotel manager stayed in contact with me throughout the night, made sure I arrived safely, called to check on me, and even picked me up himself at 4 a.m. with my big suitcase. The place is absolutely idyllic – peaceful, quiet, and away from the crowds. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I was able to truly rest and recover here. A wonderful place with the most caring and kind staff. Highly recommended.
