Positive: One night, stop over before going on a conneflight Accommodation has all the requirements Please add a note to the booking that you request passport via whataps. This is not a normal practice that I have ever seen. Appreciate you came to meet us on site for passport view **We would have cancelled our accommodation if there was no alternative** There is no information about whatsap being used for booking and passport photos to be sent to you. We had messages from you very late and through to after midnight in our time zone about passport and repeated requests. Whr we declined to send you a photo of our passport unless you confirm on arrival.. requests for passports as part of your booking terms were not stipulated on bookings when booking in. Make the booking more transparent. People would not like to book this way on whatsap, sending their secure documents Also, remove photos of the swimming pool. No use for this in your photos if not included in price and aprt of your accommodation. Check-in is complicated. Please understand hesitations to provide passports with unsecured whataps and check your policy with bookings.com about requests like this in the future
