Summary: So the first thing I want to mention is this hotel has no front desk. I was a bit confused at first when finding that out. Instead you do eveything over the phone. Like get your door code, check in, etc. So when you need something you are supposed to contact them by phone for it. While it was a bit different, I didn’t have any issues. It was super easy and they were good about messaging me. I got a few messages during our stay from them making sure we didn’t need anything. So they do stay in touch which is nice. As for the actual rooms, they are very nice. Modern but still have that mountain cabin vibe. Very clean, has everything you could need like extra blankets, a heater, and extra space heater, blow dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a big smart Tv. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is lower to the ground, it didn’t bother us, but worth mentioning if you have a hard time getting in or out of low beds. The water in the shower gets really hot and there is even a built in area to sit down in the shower. Everything works really well. The room is large and spacious. The location is good too. It’s not right on the busy street, but close enough you could still walk to heavenly village or the casinos. It is also pretty close to the lake as well. Right in the center between the lake and heavenly village. There was enough parking and it was easy enough to get in and out of the parking lot. Really nice stay. Will definitely be staying here again.
