Positive: I loved the rustic decor, the balcony and the verandah. Link, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. The electric blankets on the beds were great.

Negative: The lane leading to the property was extremely slippery during wet weather. The dining area / common room was not very comfortable in cold wet weather. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Summary: A friendly home stay on the edge of Sapa town. Would be absolutely amazing in fine weather as it is perched on the side
