Positive: Location: The apartment was in building called R4 of the complex which is next to the Royal City Mall that has the WinMart and lots of restaurants.

Negative: The 2 bathrooms in the apartment are small and outdated. My friends stayed in 2 other apartments in the Vinhomes Royal City and those have remodeled bathrooms and higher-quality furnitures. Additionally, the kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty when we moved in and there were no hand soap provided so I had to run to the WinMart on B2 to get hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning supply, and paper towel so I could do a deep cleaning before unpacking.

Summary: It’s a good deal for a long stay.
