Quiet and yet not isolated, it is the perfect villa to stay while experiencing the beautiful city of Ho Chi Minh city.
The location provides the blend in local and expatriate experiences of the city. Close to supermarkets as well as wet markets for your group to feel at home. It is 15 - 20 minutes from the city center by ( 5 - 10 by motorcycle), 20 - 25 minutes from the airport (both car and motorcycle). It is easily accessible to the following districts; 1, 2, 3, Go Vap, Tan Binh and Phu Nhuan. This makes it the true heart of the city.
About the Villa
Our villa is cozy, highly suitable to a group of more than two people with green living, no air and noise pollution. The villa has four floors including the ground floor. It is about 400m2, no swimming pool. It is in a highly secured and gated community that offers 24/7 access with a security guard present at all times.
There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes, 5 restrooms, 1 Mirror surrounded Karaoke entertainment room with Piano. The rooftop boasts a wonderful view of other villas that surrounds it and also the entire look at the landscape of Binh Thanh district. Fresh air from the two levelled rooftop can be enjoyed with a green living of various flowers (Orchids and morning glory), plants and trees.
There is also a bbq area available to your group on our rooftop. Please do not burn down the house :)
