Positive: Nice small room, well sized bathroom. Lowest price in the area. Description said cash only but they luckily accept Vietnamese banks via VNPAY. Reception guy was moderately friendly. Interesting area in the far East of HCMC.

Negative: There was no TV in room, no city view. Room did not match description here. They did not see my passport and register it with the local police. It is an oblication in Vietna, so I think they broke the law. the owner or manager lady was grumpy and hostile. She let her small child walk freely even on the street nearby. Suspicious place, poorly managed. Suitable for locals only. Gogle maps has lots of reviews supporting this.
