2. Baby cots are free of charge and subject to availability. Additional charges for accompanying adults/children: The age of children is defined by date of birth.
+ Children from 0 - 5 years old are free of charge.
+ Children from 6 - 11 years old are required to pay an extra fee. In case there are 02 children from 6 years old to 11 years old sharing 1 room, the 2nd child must request an extra bed
+ Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults, extra bed and extra fee are required.
Half-board/Full-board Rate (including Lunch or Dinner): Children from 3 years old and above are required to pay an extra fee for meals.
- Extra-bed is subject to availability and a maximum of 01 extra bed is allowed to be set up in 01 room.
- If the guest's name checking in at the hotel is different from the guest's name in the Booking confirmation voucher, the surcharge for changing the guest's name is VND 500,000/ per booking
