Positive: Huge rooms, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Hotel is in a great location-- blessedly outside the old town and quiet, but in a nice, central and safe neighborhood with tons of great food and entertainment options, and easy to get to every tourist attraction. Breakfast was free and tasty, with good options for Vietnamese and Western breakfasts.

Negative: It was weird that there were so many items for sale in the rooms, and I got a little nervous about accidentally opening the wrong travel toothpaste or non-complimentary snack. When checking out, staff were pretty aggressive about asking us to review them on multiple platforms. I also thought it was weird that we had to walk a couple blocks to the complimentary breakfast at a completely different location of the hotel chain.

Summary: Nice rooms, slightly strange vibes.
