Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very friendly staff. Received a very warm welcome. The shower was hot and a perfect pressure. I especially loved the bed- it was a the perfect firmness and very supportive. The view from the hotel window was very lovely.

Negative: When I checked in I asked if there was breakfast (to purchase) and I was told no. But when I went to check out, 3 guests were eating breakfast that was provided by the hotel. So that was a bit confusing. The room had a kettle and mugs, but no complimentary tea or coffee to have with it.

Summary: Very comfy and cozy hotel. I would definitely stay again if I found myself in Ha Giang.
