Summary: Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. Leaving at 8.30a.m., nobody on reception dedk; card with only telephone number. All in all not bad, but also not really good. Very limited service. But there's a rooftop bar with OK view, but there too very limited choice in drinks and no food. The seeds/snack they offer you with the drinks are NOT free.....
