Summary: The staff were extremely helpful. There was a problem with the hot water and they offered to pay for us to have a hot shower at the hotel next door. Also provided a car to the airport complimentary for the inconvenience. The water was fixed overnight so we were able to have a hot shower early in the morning before going to the airport. Hotel is very convenient anf very clean and comfortable.
