Positive: Location and sea view; renting a scooter in no time

Negative: We booked a deluxe room 72m2, got instead a 14m2. Reception first insisted that the room we got is 72m2 and then it was a line of defense that “it’s not us, it’s Booking posting such pictures of available rooms”. No solution provided. After I left the reception, a knock came to our door (the manager?) and the only English-speaking employee. He said that tomorrow we would get a bigger room (offered room was bigger but still not 72m2 with a poor view). There was no talk of compensation. The employee continued to insist that it was not them, but Booking that posted the descriptions of the photos. The room we had was scandalously small, there is nowhere to put things, the bathroom fittings are dirty and rusty. There were ants crawling on the bedding. The windows of the room must be covered, otherwise the restaurant guests have a view of the bed, and on the other side the boats/neighboring room - so much for enjoying the beautiful view.
