Positive: Lovely hotel situated right next to the port - so could easily walk from the ferry. The hotel itself was beautifully laid out making it feel like you had your own private space. The staff were so so caring and lovely - they understood our needs and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Negative: Nothing - even when we had a few ants in our room the staff sorted that out right away making sure the room was cleaned for us daily.
