Summary: The staff and service were lovely! Very friendly and helpful! The complimentary foot massage was also really good. The biggest downside was that from the moment we walked into our room (also corridors outside our room) we could smell mould - having had major health concerns previously from mould this wasn't great. We left our door open at any time we were in the room to improve air exchange. With the climate there is probably little the hotel can do to truly remedy this, but for that reason we wouldn't recommend this property to people with health concerns.
