Positive: We (a group of 4 people, 2 rooms) all liked absolutely everything about the GM Premium Hotel. It is located in a great place in the middle of the Old Town but the rooms look towards the back yard so they are very quiet and we had a great sleep. The rooms are spacious, very conveniently arranged and with everything necessary for a true 5 star hotel. Everything is very clean. The staff is very attentive and polite. Breakfast is on the top floor and offers a nice view and a great choice of food. We also tried the restaurant and loved th food there. If you are planning a stay in Hanoi this Hotel should be your first choice.

Negative: Nothing, really nothing. This hotel must be amount the Top 3 of all we have been trying. And we have been to hundreds of them.
