Summary: Room was small and the shower room and toilet doors were opening to the room touching the floor, making water come to the room's floor. It was not a big problem and not a maintenance issue but how the room was built/designed. Otherwise, service was great - staff were all very helpful and kind; location was very convenient (5 minute walk to the lake, to cathedral, to Circle K (24 hour convenience store), to banh mi stores, to a number of local cafes. We are happy with our stay at Grand Cititel Hotel.
