Positive: Very comfortable place and clean. Bean is amazing and he helps us to organize buses from Hanoi to Ha Giang and from Ha Giang to Ha Long Bay. He also books our Ha Giang Loop for 3 days, that was amazing and with our easy drivers Tai and Tien that make us feet comfortable and secure. Excellent place to stay before starting the loop.
