Summary: Check in room 102 first floor, we saw a cockroaches my husband killed couple of them, and then we move a small couch. There were a lot of them in back of them then I undo the bed and there was one in the bed right away. Went downstairs to notify the front desk. The man answer I am gonna move you to another room there was a housekeeper in back of him and she just started laughing. They never or were embarrassed.there was a housekeeper in back of him and she just started laughing. They never apologize for embarrassed. In the room, there was only two towels, not even a washcloth.
