Summary: Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the lovely staff and would definitely stay again if I’m in Hanoi again!
