Positive: A modern, well-designed property where everyone can find something for themselves. Everything is maintained to a very high standard and in excellent condition. It’s easy to walk between the hotels, and the gyms, pools, and restaurants are all top-notch. There’s also one really good coffee place - Santo Gusto in Salum.

Negative: The concierge service was disappointing. Prices are extremely high—while I understand this is a high-end hotel, the quality did not feel exceptional, and additional charges quickly doubled the overall cost of the stay. At the same time, leaving the property requires quite a bit of effort: you need to request your car in advance and drive a fair distance to collect it. There are also very few restaurants nearby, which means you’re largely forced to pay premium prices on-site for fairly average service.
