Positive: The owners are great and they were very helpful only thing is to make sure you have Google Translate as they don't speak English and you can't blame them after all your in their country so if you don't speak Vietnamese you should have a translator app. Waterfalls are confidently located right down the road. There is no restaurant but several options within walking distance. Highly recommend if you're planning on visiting the falls. Enjoyed it so much I extended my stay an extra day. Local morning street market also within walking distance as well offering a wide range of options for locally grown produce to clothing. There are no grocery stores, but there's a few local stores offering limited options. Plan ahead if you want anything special. Would stay again, very clean and very modern. Also, a great view of China from your windows. And for 30,000 dong, they even power washed off my motorcycle.
