Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was great right next to the lake and lots of eating places. We are travelling by bicycle and our bikes were stored securely in the hotel garage. We were waiting for visa's for China and booked our room day to day. The staff were very helpful with this and did not book the room out to anyone else. The room was cleaned regularly and bedding changed. The bed was super comfy, which good because we stayed for over 2 weeks. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hanoi.

Negative: The view from our window was another wall and a few aircon units., but this was on the ground floor. Our original room was a better view, but we had to move due to the toilet being blocked and maybe this room was the only one available.
