Summary: Instead of having the ability to pay a little extra for a later check out like most other hotels offer, we had to pay for an additional nights stay. Recommending to the hotel management… in order to be more customer centric a late check out option should be available based on room availability and not membership. You’ll find most people will pay a bit extra for this option.
