Positive: We enjoyed a truly delightful and picturesque stay at this refined riverside hotel. From the spacious, elegant yet wonderfully cosy room, to the artistic décor, to the stunning dining area and terrace overlooking the river, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The expansive breakfast selection was both delicious and beautifully presented, making mornings here a real pleasure. The service was exceptional throughout. From the bellboys and housekeeping staff to the dining team and management, we experienced consistent professionalism paired with genuine kindness. A special mention to Ms Diem and Ms Trang, whose warm smiles and gracious presence added an extra touch of sweetness to our stay. This has been an impeccable, restorative experience—one I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Splendid, and with sincere thanks.
