Summary: The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great.
