Summary: I asked the hotel to prepare me a pick up service to the airport, but the driver didn’t show up for some reasons. However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi. Although troubles happen when you travel,this hotel is always there to serve you with whatever they can do for you. I’m sartisfied with the spring hotel alter all.
