Positive: The hotel was great for a few days of down time and relaxation. We stayed in the two bedroom apartments facing the beach. The beds were soooo comfortable, great room /views and very clean. The spa amazing and the kids loooved the kids club with Diem and the huge pool provided endless fun. We had a birthday while there and there was great customer support with Sally in organising a cake. .

Negative: The poolside service was non existent. Had to always go to the bar and lug my drinks back to wherever we were. They were not prompt at all in clearing dishes/glasses left behind by other people. Plenty of staff in the bar tho, so not sure why pool service wasn’t great.
